Job summary

Axon is hiring for a Global Talent Acquisition role based in the Scottsdale area with a hybrid schedule. You will own full life cycle recruitment across the organization, guiding candidates and hiring teams through the process and building programmatic pipelines for future needs.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and partners, leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse, and drive DEI initiatives to ensure a diverse, inclusive talent pool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting
• Experience sourcing and building candidate pipelines
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions
• Ability to deliver results in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the business
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies with hiring partners
• Provide data insights to influence recruitment decisions
• Utilize sourcing tools to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Improve candidate experience with timely feedback and updates
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand objectives and translate to talent needs
• Drive DEI sourcing strategies and diverse hiring
• Prioritize multiple searches concurrently
