Qualifications

• Excellent project management and ability to juggle multiple requisitions under pressure.
• Clear, confident communication and high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle GTM recruiting across Sales, CS, Partnerships, Revenue Ops in NA.
• Build diverse pipelines via proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers: intake, calibration, market advice, expectations.
• Drive process improvements and scalable workflows with metrics.
• Handle multiple requisitions with high-touch candidate experience and tight timelines.
