Ladders is seeking a Recruiter, GTM to own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and broader go-to-market functions. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to translate workforce needs into actionable plans and guide searches with urgency.

You will leverage AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights to improve sourcing and funnel performance, while handling a dynamic portfolio of searches in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of recruiting experience, particularly in Sales and Go-to-Market functions.
• Proven ability to assess candidates across roles and levels.
• Strong negotiation skills for complex compensation packages.
• Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
• High ownership and adaptability in navigating ambiguity.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, using metrics.
• Practical experience with AI tools to enhance sourcing.
