Job summary

Einstellen.io is seeking a results-driven GTM Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for sales and related roles in a fast-growing AI SaaS startup. You will partner with the CRO, Marketing leadership and founders to shape hiring plans, write candidate profiles and drive sourcing to fill roles quickly.

You will build diverse pipelines, optimize interview processes for rigor and speed, and use data to track funnel health and quality of hire. A passion for AI and startup growth is essential.

• Mentor junior recruiters or coordinate external agencies as needed.

Job description

• Conduct sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, primarily sales. Looking to add to top of funnel, velocity matters.
• Partner with CRO, Marketing leadership, and founders to define hiring plans and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for competitive AI and SaaS markets.
• Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Work with other Lead GTM Recruiter to manage and improve structured interview processes to ensure rigor, equity, and speed.
• Work with Lead GTM Recruiter to offer strategy and close top-tier talent in competitive markets.
• Use data to track funnel health, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and hiring efficiency.
• Enhance employer branding within the AI and startup ecosystem.
• Mentor junior recruiters or coordinate external agencies as needed.

• Prior in-house startup experience scaling from 50 → 150+ employees.
• Familiarity with modern recruiting tech stacks (ATS, sourcing tools, analytics platforms).
