Apollo.io, a leading AI-native go-to-market platform, is hiring a Sales Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across our GTM organization in Austin, TX. This high-ownership role manages a portfolio of mid- and senior-level requisitions, builds sourcing strategies, and partners as a true business ally.

Expect to run structured screens, design interview plans, and drive data-informed decisions with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

7+ years of full-cycle recruiting in SaaS for Sales or Revenue roles.
Proven delivery in high-growth environments with complexity and ambiguity.
Comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels and challenging as needed.
Strong data fluency to monitor funnel health and drive conversations.
Proven AI and process efficiency capability with repeatable workflows or automation.
Familiarity with Revenue teams, marketing, and product-led growth models.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for mid and senior-level GTM Sales roles across multiple verticals.
Build and execute sourcing strategies to generate qualified, diverse pipelines driven by funnel performance.
Conduct structured screens, design interview plans, and lead calibrated debriefs for clear decisions.
Manage 20+ phone screens per week and 360+ outbound contacts per quarter.
Maintain data hygiene and real-time pipeline reporting in Greenhouse; report progress to leadership.
Partner with hiring managers as a talent advisor to shape roles and set expectations.
