You will own full-cycle recruiting for senior GTM roles and collaborate closely with GTM hiring managers to build a top-tier pipeline using AI-driven sourcing strategies.

4+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience.
Experience hiring Account Executives, Customer Success Managers and broader sales teams.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Hands-on with AI-driven sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for Head of Sales, Enterprise AEs, sales leadership, and GTM roles.
Partner with GTM hiring managers through weekly syncs and pipeline reviews.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using AI tools.
Negotiate and close offers in a competitive market.
Analyze recruiting metrics and refine processes with AI-driven insights.
Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in GTM recruiting.
