Ramp is seeking a Recruiting Operations Associate to run the operational engine behind GTM hiring. You will own the layer from posting to scheduling, ensuring clean data and a smooth candidate experience.

You’ll work with Ashby, ramp careers site, and our Talent team to scale hiring while exploring AI-driven automation. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in recruiting coordination or talent ops, meticulous attention to detail, and comfort with new tools.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a recruiting coordinator, talent ops, or similar admin-heavy role in fast-paced environments.
• Obsessive attention to detail; avoid broken links, missing fields, or wrong IDs.
• Comfortable learning new tools and exploring AI/automation in spare time.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM job postings end-to-end across Ashby and Ramp careers site, from brief to live posting.
• Manage requisition IDs and recruiting admin layer to keep system of record clean as we scale.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across Sales, Marketing, CX, and Partnerships to uphold a consistent candidate experience.
• Keep ATS hygiene tight so pipelines stay accurate and data is trustworthy for hiring decisions.
• Identify repetitive manual work and start using AI/automation to reduce manual load.
