Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Direct GTM Patient Services leader to drive go-to-market strategies and work with senior BD, Ops, and Marketing teams. You will influence complex customer engagements, craft strategic messages, and guide pipeline development across the patient services portfolio.

The role emphasizes cross-functional alignment, market insight, and leadership in global opportunities, with a focus on senior-level advisory and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 15+ years in strategy, business development, or related roles in life sciences.
• Go-to-market and sales support: experience in qualification, account planning, and responses.
• Operational and commercial messaging: translate capabilities into customer value propositions.

Responsabilités

• Partner with BD to identify opportunities and build a healthy sales pipeline for Patient Services and global campaigns.
• Align with BD to tailor outreach, track plans, and guide approach and positioning.
• Attend customer meetings and engage SMEs for high-impact engagements and RFI/RFP processes.
• Lead strategy calls, respond to RFI/RFP, and contribute to bid defenses and content.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across Operations, BD, Marketing, and SMEs for consistent messaging.
