Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Director, GTM Strategy, Patient Services to lead the development and execution of commercial strategies across Business Development, Operations, and Marketing. You will translate capabilities into compelling customer solutions and drive growth in Patient Services.

You will partner with senior leaders, influence go-to-market approaches, and help shape enterprise performance. Travel as needed and a strong background in healthcare services are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• 15+ years in business development, commercial strategy, or related areas.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across a matrix organization.
• Experience supporting customer pursuits, including RFI/RFP responses and bid defense.
• Ability to travel as needed for customer and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities.
• Support account planning and growth strategies across key customer accounts.
• Participate in customer meetings, RFI/RFP responses, and bid defense activities.
• Guide messaging and training to increase commercial team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and SMEs to align customer-facing messaging.
• Develop sales enablement materials, playbooks, and customer collateral.
• Lead or influence strategic initiatives and enterprise growth programs.
