Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Director, Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy, Patient Services to lead cross-functional commercial initiatives and translate capabilities into customer-focused solutions. You will partner with Business Development, Operations and Marketing to shape strategy and drive growth across Patient Services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, Solutions Consulting, Clinical Operations, or Healthcare/Life Sciences services.
• Experience supporting customer pursuits, including RFI/RFP responses and bid defense activities.
• Strong understanding of healthcare, CRO, clinical research, patient services, or related service delivery models.
• Ability to travel as needed for customer and internal meetings.

• Partner with Business Development leaders to identify, qualify, and prioritize strategic opportunities.
• Support account planning and growth strategies across key customer accounts.
• Develop messaging, tools, and training that increase commercial team knowledge and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure consistent customer-facing messaging.
• Lead or influence high-impact strategic initiatives and represent Patient Services in commercial planning.
