Job summary

Syneos Health / inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking a Senior Director for Go-To-Market Strategy in Patient Services. This strategic role connects Business Development, Operations, and Marketing to shape commercial strategy and translate capabilities into customer solutions.

You will partner with senior leaders, support key engagements, and influence GTM approaches across a rapidly evolving healthcare market. Travel is as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business, life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, solutions consulting, clinical operations, or healthcare services.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and align across a matrix organization.
• Experience supporting customer pursuits including RFI/RFPs and bid defense activities.
• Strong understanding of healthcare, CRO, clinical research, patient services or related models.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities.
• Support account planning and growth strategies across key customer accounts.
• Participate in customer meetings, RFI/RFP responses, and bid defense activities.
• Guide messaging and training to improve commercial team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and SMEs to ensure consistent customer-facing messaging.
