Zusammenfassung

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Direct GTM Patient Services leader to drive business development and operations strategy for patient services opportunities. You will align BD, Ops, and marketing to shape go-to-market plans, support RFI/RFP responses, and influence strategic decisions at senior levels.

This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, market insight, and the development of collateral and playbooks to advance commercial pursuits in life sciences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH, PharmD) preferred or equivalent experience.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• MBA/MS/MPH/PharmD or equivalent experience highly regarded.

Aufgaben

• Partner with BD to identify opportunities and build a healthy sales pipeline across Patient Services.
• Align with BD to tailor customer outreach and engagement plans for account planning.
• Attend customer meetings and guide SMEs for complex opportunities and strategic pursuits.
• Own follow-through on engagements through RFI/RFP stages and provide input on solution positioning.
• Support strategy calls, RFI/RFP responses, and bid defenses with content and expertise.
• Represent the function in account planning and ensure alignment with go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with ADCs/Inside Sales and BD to refine messaging for targeted customers.
• Lead workshops and create tools to increase BD fluency in Patient Services.
