Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Direct GTM Patient Services leader to drive go-to-market strategy across BD, ops, and executive leadership. You will partner with BD Strategists to identify opportunities, shape account plans, and influence strategic pursuits with senior-level input.

This role requires deep experience in Patient Services or related evidence generation services, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate market insights into compelling commercial

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in strategy, business development, solutions consulting, or related roles within life sciences.
• Go-to-market & sales support: demonstrated experience in opportunity qualification and account planning.
• Operational acumen: translate capabilities into customer value propositions.

Aufgaben

• Partner with BD strategists to identify opportunities and develop a healthy sales pipeline.
• Align with BD to tailor, execute, and track customer outreach and engagement plans.
• Attend customer meetings and engage SMEs for high-impact engagements.
• Lead RFI/RFP inputs and bid defense preparation with strategic guidance.
• Coordinate with Ops, Marketing, and SMEs for aligned messaging and pursuit execution.
