Job summary

Thales in California is seeking a Senior Go-to-Market Marketing Manager, Application Security – Americas, to translate global portfolio strategy into a focused Americas growth plan and to lead cross‑functional marketing motions across North and Latin America.

You will own GTM planning, pipeline management, integrated demand creation, ABM programs, webinars and events, and you will align sales, channel and customer activation. This is a remote or hybrid role with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience in GTM, product marketing or regional marketing.
• Experience in cybersecurity, application security, or technical B2B SaaS.
• Strong ownership of multi-quarter GTM plans with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing and channel.
• Hands-on in integrated campaigns, ABM, webinars and events.
• Ability to interpret pipeline data and make data-driven decisions.
