Job summary

Thales in the United States is seeking a Senior Go-to-Market Marketing Manager for Application Security, supporting the Americas from a remote or hybrid base in California or Texas. The role drives regional GTM planning, demand creation, and cross-functional execution to build and convert pipeline.

You will own multi-quarter GTM plans, lead campaigns, ABM programs, webinars, events, and partner plays while coordinating with Sales and Channel teams to optimize revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity or other technically complex B2B SaaS markets.
• Proven ownership of a multi-quarter GTM plan with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading cross functional teams across sales, marketing and channel.
• Hands-on experience building and executing integrated campaigns, ABM programs, webinars, events, partner plays and opportunity acceleration motions.
• Ability to interpret pipeline and funnel data, establish KPIs, diagnose gaps and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM strategy for Application Security across the Americas.
• Translate global portfolio strategy into a focused Americas growth plan.
• Align cross-functional teams around shared priorities and drive regional marketing motions.
• Manage integrated demand creation, local activation and pipeline acceleration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel and Customer teams to maximize impact.
