You will partner with executive leadership, Sales, and Delivery to translate complex technology capabilities (AI, data, cloud, digital engineering) into compelling market propositions that generate demand, build pipeline, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Significant B2B marketing leadership experience within IT services, technology consulting, or digital engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of marketing complex services and solutions rather than solely software or products.
• Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies tied to revenue growth.
• Strong demand-generation, ABM, and pipeline-creation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead go-to-market strategy for the Americas with potential global scope.
• Partner with executive and sales leadership to identify priority industries, accounts, and growth opportunities.
• Translate business and revenue objectives into integrated marketing strategies with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Build and execute demand-generation programs targeting large enterprise and Fortune 1000 organizations.
• Develop programs across ABM, digital, events, executive engagement, content, partnerships, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive opportunities, pipeline, and new-logo growth.
• Work with technology leadership to translate complex capabilities into business value propositions.
• Develop GTM strategies and market positioning around AI, data, cloud, and digital engineering.
