Job summary

Qualifications

• GTM Strategy and Sales Operations experience, preferably with leadership roles.

• Experience building GTM programs, market analysis, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute upsell / cross-sell GTM motion for Strata Cloud Manager across form factors.
• Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows to streamline GTM lifecycle activities.
• Drive adoption: expand Strata Cloud Manager features and growth opportunities.
• Systemize professional services to scale migrations to AI-powered solutions.
• Orchestrate field enablement, campaigns and offers for new feature launches.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Channel to drive SCM strategies.
• Drive predictable pipeline and forecasting through measurement and reporting discipline.
