Qualifications

• 7+ years of GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in top management consulting, private equity, top-tier tech strategy / bizops or GTM programs.
• 3+ years experience in SaaS, B2B technology and/or cybersecurity.
• Sales / Sales Support - Experience working directly with customers and collaborating with sales teams to create proposals and negotiate.
• Leadership - Proven experience in influencing sales teams and managing projects.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy - Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies for SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high-potential accounts, collaborating with the field to drive GTM programs and plays.
• Design and implement AI-driven automation and workflows to scale GTM operations, optimize sales processes, and maximize team efficiency.
• Develop and deliver scaled enablement on our Enterprise Agreements, sales process, and best practices.
• Work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Ops to drive Enterprise Agreement strategies and sales programs.
• Analyze data to develop strategies and recommendations, and build compelling presentations for executive leadership.
• Drive predictable forecasting, measure success, and report on performance.
