Qualifications

• 7+ years of GTM, partner sales, or channel management in enterprise SaaS or AI ecosystems.
• Proven track record building and scaling co-sell motions with strategic technology partners.
• Strong cross-functional leadership to influence sales and partner stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM partner ecosystems (Anthropic, OpenAI) and enterprise AI adoption trends.
• Analytical rigor; ability to define KPIs and build pipeline dashboards.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and partner tools.

Responsibilities

• Activating the GTM plan for Claudeforce, translating executive strategy into a repeatable co-sell motion with Anthropic field.
• Build and manage joint pipeline with Anthropic - identifying whitespace accounts, co-selling opportunities, and top-account targeting in partnership with Account Executives.
• Design and run enablement programs (playbooks, battle cards, training) to arm the Salesforce field with the tools to position and sell Salesforce in Claude.
• Serve as the a point of contact with Anthropic's partnership and field organizations for day-to-day GTM execution, field support and escalations.
• Define and track activation KPIs (customer adoption, co-sell pipeline generation, win rates, time-to-value) and report progress to senior leadership.
• Lead customer activation campaigns targeting top accounts to drive adoption post-sale, working closely with Customer Success.
