Salesforce is seeking a GTM Senior Product Marketing Manager for its Agentforce portfolio. You will lead go-to-market execution, enablement programs, and cross-functional collaboration to scale adoption and revenue in enterprise SaaS.

You will translate complex AI capabilities into clear value narratives for sellers and customers, build sales plays, and design AI-enabled tools to accelerate buying and usage across global teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales, or Go-To-Market roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce AI, Agentforce, or enterprise AI platforms.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business value and messaging.
• Proven ability to partner with Core Product Marketers, PMs, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with Sales Leadership to translate GTM into field-ready execution.
• Ability to develop sales plays and enablement materials that drive adoption and pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Go-to-Market Execution as the Agentforce GTM expert across product, marketing, sales, pricing and operations.
• Enablement for the Agentforce consumption model, pricing, value realization, and Flex Credit opportunities.
• Create, launch, and manage quarterly sales plays aligned to product priorities and market opportunities.
• Design and build AI-powered enablement tools and Slackbot skills for field guidance.
• Own adoption across the field by building programs and feedback loops to remove blockers.
