Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM to drive customer activation and co-selling motions for AIforce (rebranded as SIforce). This cross-functional role connects Salesforce and Anthropic field teams to accelerate pipeline, adoption, and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in GTM, partner sales, or channel management in enterprise SaaS or AI.
• Proven track record scaling co-sell motions with strategic technology partners.
• Strong cross-functional leadership to influence sales and partner stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM partner ecosystems (Anthropic, OpenAI) is a strong plus.
• Analytical rigor; defining KPIs and building pipeline dashboards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM/Sales Cloud and partner tools.

Responsibilities

• Activate the GTM plan for Claudeforce, translating executive strategy into a repeatable co-sell motion with Anthropic field.
• Build and manage joint pipeline with Anthropic—identifying whitespace accounts and top-account targeting with AEs.
• Design and run enablement programs (playbooks, battle cards, training) to arm the Salesforce field with the tools to position and sell Salesforce in Claude.
• Serve as the point of contact with Anthropic's partnership and field organizations for day-to-day GTM execution, field support and escalations.
• Define and track activation KPIs (customer adoption, co-sell pipeline generation, win rates, time-to-value) and report progress to senior leadership.
• Lead customer activation campaigns targeting top accounts to drive adoption post-sale, working closely with Customer Success.
