ServiceTitan seeks an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst, GTM FP&A to join our finance organization in a highly visible, impactful role. You will be embedded with the business, delivering both numbers and narrative to drive decisions.

You will own monthly close, headcount/expense planning, and ad hoc analyses to shape strategic decisions. We value collaboration, data mastery, and an AI-forward mindset to continually improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance.
• 3–5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related analytical role at a high growth tech company.
• Experience in financial modeling and strategic planning with robust plans.
• Ability to solve problems autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong FP&A fundamentals and clear communication to finance and non-finance audiences.
• AI-forward mindset and comfort using AI tools to improve work.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly close process and provide variance commentary with risks and opportunities.
• Lead headcount and expense planning for GTM teams and translate needs into forecasts.
• Turn data into decisions by diagnosing performance, shaping narratives, and doing ad hoc analyses.
• Uncover trends and risks by analyzing unit economics and budget trade-offs.
• Be the trusted finance partner for leadership on performance and strategic trade-offs.
• Identify areas to automate and improve processes using AI tools.
