Job summary

Homebase is seeking a Senior Analyst to empower GTM teams with data-driven decisions across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Support. You will connect systems, run analyses, and build self-serve tools to scale insights beyond ad-hoc requests.

You’ll decide what to measure and anchor AI-powered solutions to improve speed and quality of decisions. You’ll work across data engineering to ensure data integrity while shaping metrics, instrumentation, and storytelling for executives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics.
• Ability to model and measure business impact.
• Experience building AI-powered reporting and insights systems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain the GTM data and reporting system.
• Define and maintain a metric framework; evaluate ROI by motion and channel.
• Build scalable self-serve tools for teams and executives.
• Surface risks and opportunities; identify data quality signals.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready insights for decisions on headcount, investment, and strategy.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data integrity and instrumentation.
