Job summary

Gusto is seeking a Senior GTM Insights Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. You will partner with GTM leadership to shape strategy, own analytics infrastructure, and connect Finance, GTM, and Product to revenue outcomes.

You’ll build end-to-end views of sales processes, translate decisions into actionable insights, and present to the Head of GTM in a high-visibility role across multiple routes to market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or similar within a SaaS/subscription business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of GTM and senior leaders to shape strategy and translate questions into analyses.
• Build end-to-end sales process view across routes to market and communicate downstream impact to leadership.
• Design recurring reporting cadence and scalable analytics infrastructure with Revenue Analytics and Finance.
