Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to join the GTM Growth Strategy team, partnering with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to define, activate, and execute initiatives that transform our GTM model and unlock revenue.

You will lead strategic programs, build revenue models for under-penetrated markets, and present recommendations to senior leadership, driving growth and efficiency beyond business as usual.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and transformation in GTM, Sales, Customer Success, and/or Professional Services at a top strategy firm or high-growth SaaS company.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data modeling and Excel proficiency (SQL, Tableau a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Lead GTM growth and optimization analysis across sales, services, success, and finance.
• Develop and validate business cases and revenue models for growth opportunities.
• Create GTM frameworks and market expansion plans across products and channels.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations and align multi-stakeholder plans for execution.
