Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for GTM Growth Strategy to drive transformation across sales and execution.

You will partner with leaders across Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to define and activate initiatives that unlock revenue and optimize costs. You will lead market analysis, create new GTM frameworks, and develop executive-level presentations to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of strategy and transformation experience in GTM, Sales, Customer Success, or Professional Services at a top firm or high-growth SaaS company.
• BS/BA or equivalent experience; MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong strategic thinking with data analysis and logical reasoning; experience building models and deriving insights.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders and drive alignment with senior stakeholders.
• Navigate ambiguity and prioritize to execute in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive-ready delivery.
• Demonstrated collaboration and ability to build trust across teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead analysis of current-state sales performance and market opportunities to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Finance to reimagine the GTM model.
• Develop business case models showing topline impact of proposed initiatives.
• Create GTM framework for growth across specialization, solutions, and acquisitions.
• Lead market expansion initiatives and evaluate new regions and product needs.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations on GTM strategies and findings.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder plans and ensure operational excellence in execution.
• Build broad relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
