Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager to join the GTM Growth Strategy team, shaping how we approach revenue and consumption across multiple products. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and other functions to transform our GTM model, build revenue models, and drive disciplined execution.

You will lead strategic programs, perform market segmentation, pipeline analysis, and develop executive-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and transformation in GTM, Sales, and/or Professional Services at a top strategy firm or high-growth SaaS company.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent; MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong mix of strategic thinking and data analysis with Excel (SQL, Tableau a plus).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive-level discussions.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting and demonstrates collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of current-state sales performance, GTM models, and market opportunities through data analysis and external research.
• Drive holistic GTM transformation with cross-functional leaders.
• Develop business-case models to quantify topline impact of initiatives.
• Create and socialize GTM frameworks for long-term growth across specialties and acquisitions.
• Lead market expansion initiatives and align cross-functional plans for execution.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
