Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join the GTM Growth Strategy team and help fuel long-term growth. You will partner with leaders across Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance, Product to define, activate, and execute initiatives that transform our GTM model, unlock revenue, and optimize cost — catalyzing growth and efficiency beyond business as usual.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of strategy and transformation experience in GTM, Sales, CS, and/or Professional Services at a top strategy consulting firm or high-growth SaaS company.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent; MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong combination of strategic thinking and data analysis with experience building models and analyzing complex datasets.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to create executive-friendly decks.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM growth and optimization initiatives across functions.
• Develop business case models to quantify topline impact.
• Design GTM framework and market expansion strategies.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Finance, Product to align plans.
