Slalom is seeking an experienced Salesforce leader to shape the Enterprise Business Applications capability across diverse industries in the United States. You will drive GTM strategy, guide pursuit activities, and oversee delivery quality for Salesforce engagements while mentoring teams and expanding senior client relationships.

The role emphasizes thought leadership, partnership with Salesforce teams, and the development of scalable capabilities to grow Slalom’s Salesforce practice nationwide.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in leading Salesforce initiatives within large professional services
• Proven track record of building and maintaining C-level client relationships
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to develop delivery teams

Responsibilities

• Provide engagement oversight and governance of Salesforce projects to ensure quality delivery
