Job summary

Slalom is seeking an experienced Salesforce leader to drive Enterprise Business Applications across financial services, fintech, tech, healthcare, and public sectors. The role focuses on GTM strategy, client success, and high-quality delivery for Salesforce engagements within the United States.

The candidate will shape regional capability strategy, lead market-focused initiatives, and mentor teams while expanding relationships with Salesforce and client partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a large consulting environment.
• Deep understanding of healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, public sector and financial services.
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve on hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Salesforce initiatives and GTM strategy for East and Central markets.
• Drive opportunities with industry partners and client partners.
• Provide oversight for Salesforce delivery and mentor delivery teams.
