Job summary

6sense is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Engineering to lead the Marketing Operations tech stack. You will own AI-driven workflows, agent architecture, and GTM system integrations across Marketing and BDR teams to scale pipeline and improve productivity.

You will manage one direct report, partner with Revenue and IT, and ensure security, governance, and data handling are built into every automation. This hands-on leadership role shapes our agentic GTM strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing operations, GTM/revenue systems engineering, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience building automations across GTM stacks (Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense).
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows or agents using Claude or similar LLM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI agentic workflows for end-to-end campaign creation and optimization.
• Design GTM systems architecture and integration across internal tools and MCP connectors.
• Governance: embed security, privacy, and compliance into workflows.
• Lead and mentor the BDR/Marketing tech team, prioritizing automation requests.
