6sense Insights, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Engineering to lead AI-powered automation across the Marketing Operations and BDR stack. You will architect agent-based workflows, integrate with Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense, and scale campaigns through automation.

This role blends hands-on engineering with people leadership and strategic influence. You will manage one direct report, drive cloud-based automation, and partner with Marketing Operations, Revenue, IT, and Security to ensure

Qualifications

7+ years in marketing operations, GTM/revenue systems engineering, or marketing automation.
Hands-on experience building automations and integrations across a marketing/RevOps stack.
Strong understanding of top-of-funnel GTM and BDR/SDR operations.
Experience building AI-assisted workflows or agents with Claude or similar LLMs.
Experience leading others in GTM engineering or related roles.

Responsibilities

Build AI agent architectures and workflows for end-to-end campaign creation, with in-loop human review.
Automate marketing work management and asset creation using centralized context.
Create reusable templates and playbooks for marketing automations.
Architect GTM systems within a headless 6sense-based stack with external tools and APIs.
Own the BDR technology stack and oversee automation to improve pipeline quality.
Lead prioritization of automation requests and influence senior leaders.
