Job summary

6sense seeks a Senior Manager, GTM Engineering to lead AI-driven workflow architecture and system integration across Marketing Operations. You will own the BDR automation stack, orchestrate agent-based campaigns, and partner with Marketing, RevOps, and IT to optimize the GTM motion.

The role emphasizes building reusable patterns, ensuring security and governance, and mentoring a direct report in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing operations, GTM/revenue systems engineering, or marketing automation with ownership of complex GTM systems.
• Hands-on experience building automations and integrations across a marketing/RevOps stack (Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense) via APIs, webhooks, iPaaS.
• Strong understanding of top-of-funnel GTM and BDR/SDR operations, including lead routing, scoring, handoffs, and attribution.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows or agents using Claude or similar LLM platforms with MCP connectors.
• Experience building content and campaign automation workflows from brief intake to first-draft assets.
• B2B SaaS or subscription GTM experience, ideally across multiple regions or sales motions.
• Experience managing, mentoring, or technically leading others.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical delivery plans and collaborate across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI agented workflows for end-to-end campaign creation, from brief intake to first-draft assets; orchestrate agents across MCP connectors.
• Automate marketing work management and asset production with centralized context (positioning, use cases, personas, channels).
• Create reusable templates and playbooks to enable Marketing teams to adopt automations without GTM Engineering.
• Build best-in-class use of the 6sense platform within a headless GTM architecture using external tools and APIs.
• Own BDR prospecting automation, including signal-based prioritization, research assembly, outreach drafting, and task automation.
• Lead the BDR technology stack and collaborate with leadership to identify productivity bottlenecks and implement fixes.
• Embed security, privacy, and compliance into workflows by design, coordinating with Business Technology and Security.
• Manage, mentor, and set priorities for one direct report (BDR Operations Specialist) and influence senior leaders.
