Job summary

6sense is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Engineering to lead the automation and integration of its marketing technology stack. You will architect AI-assisted workflows and agent-based solutions that scale BDR and marketing output while maintaining governance and data integrity.

Reporting to marketing operations leadership, you will manage one direct report and influence senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to drive high-quality pipeline and faster go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing operations, GTM/revenue systems engineering, or marketing automation with ownership of complex GTM systems.
• Cross-functional roadmap delivery and executive stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience building automations and integrations across a marketing stack.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-assisted workflows for end-to-end campaign creation and asset production.
• Own GTM systems architecture and integration across marketing and BDR tooling.
• Govern security, privacy, and compliance in workflows and agents by design.
• Lead and mentor one direct report and influence senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, RevOps and IT.
• Translate business needs into practical technical delivery plans and foster collaboration across teams.
