Job summary

6sense is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Engineering to lead AI-driven automation across the Marketing Operations stack. You will architect agentic workflows for campaign creation, integrate GTM systems, and drive BDR automation to scale pipeline.

This hands-on role also manages one direct report and partners with Marketing, RevOps, and IT to deliver scalable, secure solutions. You will influence senior leaders, translate business needs into technical delivery plans, and own the GTM engineering

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing operations or GTM engineering with executive stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience building automations and integrations across a RevOps stack (Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense).
• Strong understanding of top-of-funnel GTM, lead routing, scoring, and attribution.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows using Claude or similar LLM platforms.
• Experience building content and campaign automation workflows from brief to first-draft assets.
• B2B SaaS GTM experience across regions or sales motions.
• Experience mentoring or leading others.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic workflows for end-to-end campaign creation using Claude and LLM platforms.
• Orchestrate agents across MCP connectors to optimize AI usage.
• Partner with Growth, Customer, and Event Marketing to reduce manual production time with human review.
• Build best-in-class use of the 6sense platform within a headless GTM architecture.
• Build BDR prospecting automation to increase high-quality pipeline.
• Own the BDR technology stack with leadership and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with BDR leaders to identify bottlenecks and ship fixes.
• Embed security, privacy, and compliance into workflows and agents by design.
• Flag design or scale risk before shipping.
• Run experiments on automation and iterate with leadership.
• Manage and coach one direct report and influence stakeholders without authority.
