Ditto is hiring a Senior Marketer to own the path from first touch to closed-won across two sales organizations. You will bridge Marketing and Growth, report to Head of Marketing, and collaborate with Commercial and Public Sector sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success.

Some travel for field events in both markets is expected. You’ll build and ship enablement assets, launch kits, and customer proof that makes the pitch credible.

Competenze

• Portfolio of enablement assets and customer stories you personally wrote and shipped.
• Strong writing and ability to explain how a developer platform works without a solutions engineer.
• Experience running customer stories end to end, including sourcing, interviewing, legal review, and approvals.
• Events that produced tracked pipeline, not just attendance numbers.
• Working fluency in a CRM and a marketing automation platform, enough to read funnel data and suggest changes.
• Comfort serving two sales organizations with different buyers, cycles, and constraints.
• Grit in ambiguity and proactive use of AI to automate/ideate.

Mansioni

• Go-to-market enablement for Commercial and Public Sector: create standard pitch decks, data sheets, battlecards, positioning, and a brand-consistent message library.
• Publish launch kits for product releases: positioning sheet, FAQ, customer-facing email, and sales briefing.
• Support field events across both markets and tie activities to measurable pipeline.
• Lead account-based plays: named accounts pages, content sequences, and direct outreach with RevOps data.
