Tremendous is hiring a Senior GTM Data Analyst to partner across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll connect the full revenue funnel from acquisition through retention and scale GTM insights across the company.

The role emphasizes data storytelling, cross-functional influence, and mentorship within a high-documentation, low-meeting culture. Fully remote in the Americas, with competitive compensation and equity.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL and data modeling (dbt ecosystem).
• GTM analytics: attribution, funnel analysis, revenue forecasting.
• Executive-level data storytelling and stakeholder influence.
• Potential Python/R for predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

• Apply a range of analytics methods to gain insights across go-to-market teams (sales, RevOps, marketing, and customer success), such as conversion funnels and attribution.
• Consolidate diverse facts and findings into compelling narratives that can be applied across Tremendous.
• Advocate for data-informed decisions by partnering with key stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Identify and implement improvements within the Data team by standardizing processes, developing innovative practices, providing mentorship, and fostering new expertise.
• Join a growing team of analysts and actively contribute to team collaboration and culture.
