Job summary

Tremendous is hiring an experienced data analyst to partner across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success and to connect the full revenue funnel. You will scale GTM insights, collaborate with the data team, and drive data-driven initiatives across the business.

We value data as a first-class citizen and seek someone who can mentor others, own analytics projects, and help Tremendous grow. Fully remote role with US-friendly timezone coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience with B2B GTM analytics across marketing, sales, RevOps, and customer success.
• Strong SQL with well-architected data models and optimized queries.
• Experience with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Mode).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead analytics initiatives and mentor teammates.
• Forecasting/predictive modeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytics methods across go-to-market teams to derive insights such as funnels and attribution.
• Consolidate findings into narratives for Tremendous and stakeholders.
• Advocate data-informed decisions by partnering with leaders.
• Identify and implement improvements within the Data team and processes.
• Join a growing team and contribute to collaboration and culture.
