Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst of GTM Change Activation to drive strategic transformations across the enterprise. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, program delivery, and enterprise transformation, shaping how GTM motions are launched and adopted.

You will design end-to-end activation plans, influence cross-functional partners, and define metrics that prove business value, focusing on behavioral, policy, and process changes that enable rapid, scalable execution.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in corporate transformation, strategy and delivery, or complex organizational change management.
• GTM & Sales Strategy Acumen: Proven experience working closely with Go-To-Market functions, sales strategy, or revenue operations, with a deep understanding of how sales organizations operate and adapt.
• Transformation Expertise: A strong track record of delivering large scale, non-standard changes (e.g., policy, behavioral, operating model shifts).
• Strategic Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguity, synthesize complex inputs into a clear perspective, and pivot quickly when required.
• Executive Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence sharing recommendations to senior leadership and present complex strategies simply and effectively.

• Support Strategic GTM Activation: Design end-to-end activation strategies and translate ambiguous objectives into actionable plans.
• Drive Behavioral & Policy Transformation: Enable large-scale shifts in sales processes and policy execution.
• Problem Solve with Agility: Act as internal strategy consultant to address core business challenges.
• Architect Change & Delivery Playbooks: Develop strategic plans merging program management with change management.
• Influence & Partner Cross-Functionally: Build relationships with sales leaders, GTM strategy teams, and enablement partners.
• Measure Business Value: Define metrics for adoption, behavioral shifts, and GTM performance.
