Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join the Global P2C Change Strategy & Activation team. You will lead the people side of change across multiple workstreams, leveraging AI to accelerate adoption and deliver transformative outcomes for Sellers and Operators.

In this role, you’ll partner with Delivery Domain Leaders, DET and business stakeholders to design and execute strategic change programs, measure adoption, and continuously improve change approaches across Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years driving project change workstreams.
• Demonstrates strong curiosity for emerging AI tools and the ability to apply them strategically across change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives for medium to large-scale projects with AI-powered solutions.
• Translate business requirements into change impact assessments, incorporating AI-driven insights.
• Identify stakeholders and personas, establish clear communication channels, and drive activation strategies.
• Develop and execute change plans leveraging AI insights to personalize communications and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with PMO, DET and Business Stakeholders to integrate change activities into broader project plans.
