Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Sr. GTM Engineer, Outbound, to build AI agents, automation, and integrations that speed prospecting, sharpen targeting, and surface signals for reps to close more quickly.

As a senior individual contributor, you will own the outbound stack—Outreach, Salesloft, Gong/Chorus, Salesforce, ZoomInfo/Clearbit—and coach SDRs and AEs while raising the AI bar with reusable templates and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales development, revenue operations, or related engineering roles.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents for outbound or sales workflows.
• Fluency with outbound tech stack and data flow (Engagement platforms, TIU, CRM, enrichment).
• Strong prompt architecture skills and API/integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Automate prospecting with AI agents for account research and outreach at scale.
• Design workflows to optimize send times, cadence steps, and messaging based on data.
• Surface deal signals from call recordings and CRM activity to assist AEs.
• Own the outbound stack and ensure data accuracy across tools.
• Coach SDRs/AEs and develop templates and playbooks for AI-driven outreach.
