Zusammenfassung

Nebius is seeking a Senior GTM Analyst to join our Sales Operations / GTM Analytics team. You will own core GTM reporting, build dashboards across Salesforce, Tableau, and SQL-based sources, and drive data-driven decisions on pipeline, territory design, and capacity planning.

You will work closely with GTM leadership to ensure data quality, define metric definitions, and deliver scalable analytics products while exploring AI-assisted automation for faster insights.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, RevOps, Sales Ops, BI, or similar roles with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, CTEs, aggregations, and window functions.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Salesforce reporting, or similar BI tools.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for analysis and stakeholder reporting.
• Comfort using AI tools to speed up analysis and automation.
• Strong understanding of GTM metrics (pipeline, ARR, bookings, conversion, win rate).
• Experience with Salesforce data or CRM data quality and architecture issues.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and clearly communicate findings.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain Tableau/Salesforce dashboards and recurring GTM reports.
• Lead analytical workstreams across planning, territory design, pipeline, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Write SQL queries to investigate pipeline, bookings, activity, and funnel trends.
• Own dashboard definitions, data lineage, and reporting logic as scalable products.
• Influence data models, source systems, and data quality issues with cross-functional teams.
• Identify root causes of metric inconsistencies and explain data vs. business factors.
