Job summary

Reddit is seeking a solution builder focused on Go-to-market Insights and Automation to join our Central Operations team. You will act as the technical engine behind our data-driven GTM strategy, designing workflows that automate reporting so sales teams gain actionable insights with minimal manual effort.

You will bridge strategy and execution, building data models and robust pipelines across BigQuery, Matik, Clay, Gong and other tools while collaborating with sales and business stakeholders to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, data engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and independently structure complex problems into clear recommendations and data driven solutions that are understood by both technical builders and business stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases; ability to write complex, performant queries and understand query optimization.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose root causes and evaluate tradeoffs.
• Strong programming skills: proficiency in Python or Go for building data pipelines and automation.
• Experience in digital advertising and familiarity with sales tools and technology that improve seller efficiency and productivity, including workflow automation and AI-enabled approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflows that automate the reporting ecosystem for GTM insights.
• Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Bridge strategy and execution within Central Ops to align reporting with measurable business objectives.
• Lead the design and development of data models and robust pipelines across core tools.
• Establish governance by defining and implementing best practices for tool usage and reporting consistency.
• Drive technical innovation and resolve data quality issues to strengthen the data foundation.
