Vertex Inc is seeking an analytics-driven Analyst to join the Global Go-to-Market Operations team. The role delivers commercial analytics, reporting, and automation across the business, partnering with GTM Ops colleagues, leaders, and technical specialists to drive reliable insights and practical improvements.

You will build dashboards and models for planning, pipeline forecasting, and commercial execution, translating insights into concrete recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS GTM Ops or analytics.
• Strong pipeline, forecasting, and recurring revenue knowledge.
• Experience building dashboards and data models.
• Experience with workflow automation and AI tools.
• Able to translate business questions into practical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Partner with commercial stakeholders to understand needs and deliver analytics and automation initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models for planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and execution.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Develop workflow automations and AI-assisted solutions with technical specialists.
• Validate outputs, document logic, and support testing, adoption, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data & Analytics, IT, and regional ops to ensure metric consistency.
• Share reusable solutions across regions and measure efficiency gains.
