Job summary

Luxury Presence is seeking a Senior GTM Analytics professional to shape our agentic analytics platform. You’ll own pipeline health, funnel conversion, and campaign performance, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and CS to drive decisions in two-week sprints.

You’ll build and maintain dbt models with Salesforce as a core source, contribute to Lighthouse, and push toward AI-assisted analytics. The role is based in the United States and emphasizes fast, cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics/BI supporting Sales, Marketing, or CS in a fast-growing company
• Expert SQL and hands-on dbt experience modeling GTM data
• Python for analysis and automation
• Experience with Salesforce as a data source
• Familiarity with a modern data stack: Fivetran and a cloud warehouse (Snowflake)
• BI/AI fluency with modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Hex)
• Interest in agentic analytics and AI agents (Claude Code)

Responsibilities

• Deliver decision-ready analysis across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success: pipeline health, funnel conversion, campaign performance, retention and GRR/NRR drivers
• Partner with stakeholders to scope questions, frame recommendations, and see analyses through to a decision
• Translate stakeholder questions into clear, testable analytical approaches
• Build and maintain dbt models and marts with Salesforce as a core source
• Own data quality and documentation for your domain
• Contribute to Lighthouse and agentic analytics initiatives
• Push analytics workflows toward AI augmentation and automation
