Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics/BI supporting Sales, Marketing or CS at a fast-growing company.
• Expert SQL and hands-on dbt experience modeling GTM data.
• Proficient in Python for analysis and automation.
• Experience with Salesforce as a data source.
• Familiarity with a modern data stack: Fivetran and a cloud warehouse (Snowflake; BigQuery welcome).
• Experience with BI tools (Sigma, Hex, Tableau, Looker) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver decision-ready analysis across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success: pipeline health, funnel conversion, campaign and channel performance, retention drivers.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS stakeholders to scope questions, frame recommendations, and drive to a decision.
• Translate stakeholder questions into testable analytical approaches.
• Build and maintain dbt models and marts with Salesforce as a core source.
• Own data quality and documentation: source-of-truth tables and QA trusted by stakeholders.
• Contribute to Lighthouse and BI-as-code: define dashboards, metrics, and semantic models.
• Advocate for agentic AI: accelerate analysis and automate recurring reporting.
• Ship deliverables in two-week sprints with proactive stakeholder updates.
