BOLD is hiring a Senior Product Manager II to drive traffic growth across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will collaborate with Marketing, SEO, and Engineering to scale user acquisition, run experiments, and optimize high-intent visitor conversion.

You will manage real-time bidding, attribution, and fraud controls while partnering with cross-functional leaders to align on growth priorities. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and mentorship of mid-level PMs.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Strong background in growth across brands or regions.
• Background in data-driven experimentation and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth projects across multiple teams and run experiments at scale.
• Own traffic channels, including acquisition loops and platform integrations.
