Job summary

BOLD is looking for a Senior Product Manager II to drive growth across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will collaborate with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to build scalable acquisition loops and convert high-intent visitors into active users.

Your role includes leading experiments, defining where growth should come from, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to allocate investment.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, CS, marketing, or quantitative field.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth projects across teams and run experiments to optimize acquisition.
• Partner with cross-functional growth, traffic, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to scale traffic and ROAS.
• Use data and insights to decide what to test next and where to invest.
