BOLD is hiring a Senior Product Manager II to grow traffic across its brands. You’ll partner with Marketing, SEO, Paid Acquisition, and Engineering to scale how we acquire users and improve ROAS.

You’ll lead cross‑functional growth initiatives, design experiments, and own acquisition channels including real‑time bidding and attribution. The role demands strong analytics, data‑driven decision making, and the ability to coach mid‑level PMs across multiple brands.

Qualifikationen

• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Experience earning trust across teams and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, CS, marketing or quantitative field.
• Bi-annual bonus.

Aufgaben

• Grow traffic across BOLD’s brands by coordinating marketing, SEO, and engineering.
• Lead growth projects, run experiments at scale, and decide what to test next.
• Own acquisition channels, including bidding engines, API integrations, and attribution.
• Drive scalable user growth and optimize ROAS targets.
• Collaborate with data science and performance marketing teams.
