Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to grow traffic across its brands. You will collaborate with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to build and scale user acquisition across our sites, lead growth projects, and run experiments across teams.

You will own the CPC bidding engine, API partnerships, attribution, and fraud controls, and partner with data scientists and performance marketing to optimize ROAS and drive growth across the multi-brand ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Experience earning trust across teams, resolving conflicts, and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Strong skills in web analytics, user behavior modeling, and experiment design.

Responsibilities

• Own growth projects across multiple brands and run experiments.
• Lead optimization of acquisition channels and CPC bidding.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Paid Acquisition, Engineering, Data Science and Performance Marketing.
• Use traffic data and customer insight to prioritize growth initiatives.
• Build scalable acquisition loops across the multi-brand ecosystem.
• Set up measurement and experiment design to guide investment.
• Mentor mid-level PMs and foster cross-team collaboration.
